HRSS Administrator - Reporting into the HRSS Employee Lifecycle team the HRSS Administrator is responsible the completion of the delivery defined in the HRSS personnel administration activities (printing letters, following up on signature). Based in the local HRSS Organisation, the HR Associate will collaborate and align with the priorities of the HR Service Partner in the Market.

Responsibilities:

*Process and follow-up on personnel administration tasks (printing letters, following up on signature) related to employee on-boarding, employee movement and employee termination for the Market in scope.
*Executes and resolves "My support center" tickets related to Personnel Administration activities.
*Follow established SOP and process flows
*Liaison with the HRSS Service partner, in the HRSS Operations and/or Payroll in order to ensure process and delivery continuity
*Support the e-filing process as available in the Country Qualifications, Skills & Experience: High personal integrity required in handling personal and confidential data/information.
*Strong written and verbal English communication skills - additional languages welcomed
*Must be able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment, under pressure and with a high degree of professionalism
*Ability to effectively work in cross-functional teams.
*Minimum 6 months experience working with HRSS
