The purpose of the role is to manage the creation and maintenance of the operational and technical reporting for the business unit stakeholders. Provide in-depth analysis and efficiently manage all elements of business solutions.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Gained an understanding of the importance of technology in HR through experience working within a HR team
* Experience of working in an MI capacity
* Extensive experience of Business Intelligence suites such as Oracle, PeopleSoft and SAP
* Good project management skills
* Ability to assess, recommend and implement process improvements
* Strong, operational data management skills
