HRIT Manager

Our client is a leading professional services organization with offices globally. They have gained a stellar reputation in the market for the quality of services provided and for the calibre of talented individuals they constantly attract. A key focus for the business at present is the booming HR Technology industry as they provide their prestigious clients with a range of HR Software(SaaS) solutions, most notably Workday. As a result they are seeking talented HRIS/HRIT Project Managers and Consultants to help drive this team forward. These roles are paying between 50K-80K depending on experience. The role will involve: * Leading projects with a range of prestigious clients to help them define and implement their HR Technology strategies * Deployment of Workday and other SaaS solutions * Client advice and project management * Working with the client at all levels to ensure the implementation is completed smoothly and effectively. The ideal candidate will have: * Excellent project management skills and experience. * The ability to manage prestigious client relationships * A strong track record of delivery of HRIS/HRIT related projects e.g upgrades, implementations, transformations * Solid understanding of wider HR issues * Exposure to HR SaaS solutions is desirable. * Excellent communication skills.
