HRIS PROJECT MANAGER/BUSINESS ANALYST - 6 Month Contract - Warrington, Market Rates

My key client, a large financial services organisation based in Warrington is currently looking for a HRIS Project Manager/Business Analyst to join them with immediate effect on a 6-9 month contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for data migration, writing and mapping business flows and training managers and staff on how to utilise the new system to its potential.
- HRIS: system selection, 3rd party supplier selection and implementation experience Payroll Systems: system selection, 3rd party supplier selection and implementation experience
- Migration from existing system to new is critical, so at least 2/3 payroll systems migrations
- Recruitment Systems: system selection, 3rd party supplier selection and implementation experience
- The ideal candidate will be immediately available and have experience of full implementation of HR systems including payroll and recruitment. This will include supplier selection, tender and system roll out.
