Our ideal candidate will have experience of managing the change and transition of talent management processes (Recruitment, L&D, Performance Review etc) into SaaS-related talent portals (Cornerstone, Kenexa etc) or SAPHR.
A hybrid role, the Talent Portal Manager will need to understand the strategic business drivers of talent management practices and how User Interfaces (UI)s can support the business needs in an engaging way. This will include the enhancement of an online self-service toolkit.
