HRIS Manager - Contract - Central London

Our client, a consultancy company new to the UK, are seeking a HRIS Manager to join the team in Central London on a contract basis.

HRIS Manager Responsibilities:
- Assess current HR Systems environment of business and develop a target Systems road map to support expected business growth
- Lead the implementation of innovative tools throughout HR to increase overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Review current HR processes and manual interventions and partner with HR functions to assist in the adoption of efficient, scalable end-to-end processes.
- Partner with IT to identify and articulate system needs vendor selection, implementation, upgrade, integration, and maintenance of systems to meet business needs.
- Lead project planning teams related to major upgrades and system implementations.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to understand business needs related to human capital information. Provide consultation and analysis to provide information to enhance human capital decision making.
- Collaborate with IT and legal to ensure the secure storage and movement of human capital information to systems within and outside of the business.
- Develops test plans as needed and oversees successful completion of test phase to move to production.
- Work closely with vendors and staff to design and test integrations.
- Put in place processes to ensure data integrity.
- Lead cross-functional planning and execution of projects aligned with the HR strategy and including business requirements, process design, functional requirements, data management, testing, and production operations & support design.
- Manages HRIS projects to achieve HR strategic goals and objectives that require systems and technology related support.
- Provide functional production support, system configuration & product/data stewardship for the suite of HR tools, and the design and management of inbound and outbound HR data interfaces supporting HR, Payroll, and Benefits.

HRIS Manager Experience:
- In-depth technical experience with HRIS systems.
- Extensive working knowledge of various MS Office Applications, Outlook email, Lotus Notes, VPN and wireless communications.
- Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems in a configuration, set-up and implementation background.
- Experience working in the health and human services field.
- Experience with the Cascade suite of platforms highly preferred
