We are looking for a HRIS Manager IV for a 6 months contract role in Alpharetta, GA.

The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Manager, leading an HRIS team, will plan, direct, and coordinate HRIS activities of the organization to maximize the strategic use of human resources. This person will manage operations of HR systems and process design and serve as a consultant to Human Resources and liaison to system users and the technology department. The incumbent will provide the vision for overall HRIS strategy and HRIS team and adapt the design as necessary to accommodate the company's evolving technology requirements ensuring that all Human Resources Information Systems integrate with other Client information systems initiatives.

IT/business capability: High degree of IT for HR and HR acumen (including Workday and SAP HR)

Experience working in a global organization
People leadership experience
Experience supporting organizational change and influencing at managerial level
Experience coaching and mentoring at managerial and/or supervisory level
Experience in program development, process improvement, and HR systems integration
Experience in vendor management
Bachelors degree with 10+ years of experience
Prefer Masters

Responsibilities for a HRIS Manager
Provides effective leadership, coaching and direction to HRIS staff and develops a clear plan for optimization of HR systems and applications.
Proactively utilizes HRIS technology to lower costs, increase productivity, accuracy, value and customer satisfaction of HR Systems.
Manages and integrates HR systems and process improvements across the retained and outsourced organizations.
Partners with HR Business Partners to provide support and counsel for HRIS system.
Partners with Human Resources to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.
Supervises the implementation and maintenance of employee records and the organization structure into HR systems to guarantee accuracy and efficiency.
Acts as the safeguard for sensitive company data proactively developing checks and balances for verifying data accuracy and suggesting solutions.
Continually assesses system functionality and proactively recommends enhancements and changes to improve productivity and service to users.
Serves as HR lead on system upgrades and new implementations, system enhancements, and optimization reviews.
Responsible for assessing, developing, and implementing appropriate levels of employee self-service and manager self-service functionality in partnership with HR.
Oversees all HRIS systems security, ensuring clear accountability and data security as well as compliance with applicable laws.
Works collaboratively with HR/HR Outsourced Provider, IT, and Finance staff to maximize value of the HRIS and related systems and provide required information and data.
Manages and improves the operations of HR transactional work and user support with the outsourced vendor to ensure contract value. 
Supervises generation of regular and special workforce planning & pay reports.
