HRIS KENEXA BRASSRING CONSULTANT/KENEXA IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT

A well established real estate company require a Kenexa Implementation Consultant to support their Graduate Recruitment team and work directly with key internal stakeholders to optimize and build their applicant tracking system (ATS) IBM Kenexa BrassRing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Act as primary implementation point for our Graduate Recruitment team
- Managing the integration of Event Manager into the ATS
- Liaising with key internal stakeholders based in the UK and globally
- Development of reporting suite
- Responsible for training on the account and all project management
- Providing ongoing system administration and troubleshooting

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

- HRIS system implementation and support experience with large scale applicant tracking/recruitment solutions
- Excellent knowledge of Kenexa Brasssring
- Ability to manage and direct the overall implementation from a process and systems perspective
- Brassring Workbench Certification
- Detail orientated mindset
- Excellent problem solving skills
