HRIS/HR Project Manager - Talent Management

My client needs a HRIS project manager or HR Project Manager to implement Talent as part of a wider HRIS enhancement programme covering Performance, Recruitment and Salary Planning as well as Skills Catalogue. Candidates must have a Price 2 accreditation and have implemented Talent within HCM/HRIS previously.

Role involves:

Define, document and professionally execute the Talent Management project; actively participate/
manage all phases of the project, allocate work to project team members and track progress through to successful completion; identify, assess and manage risks to the success of the project.

Prepare and maintain realistic project schedules and quality plans, track activities; provide regular and accurate reports to senior management; manage clients/users as appropriate.

Manage the change control procedure, gaining authorization for revisions to the project from project sponsors.

Ensure the project is successfully transitioned to the operational support team and formally closed with lessons learned captured; produce appropriate documentation to prove compliance with the project management processes.

Organize requirements into appropriate categories, clarify specifications of products and services to be procured; initiate and manage work packages.

Collect and collate data and uses appropriate techniques to assess costs and benefits of options and make recommendations about the most appropriate route of procurement within legal constraints; evaluate and participate in the selection of suppliers based on the specification and evaluation criteria.
