A global entertainment company are currently looking for a HRIS specialist to join their HR function on a 6 month fixed term contract.
Key responsibilities:
* Provide systems support for all HR users
* Take responsibility for system issues and proactively implement improvements
* Assist with HR data analysis using Empower for complex corrections to data.
* Ad hoc reporting requests
* Carry out training for HR and relevant to improve their system usage
Key criteria:
* Experience supporting the HRIS Empower system
* Experience providing HRIS training is advantageous
* Excellent understanding of HR processes and procedures
* Advanced Excel skills
* Excellent communication skills
