HRIS Data Manager (m/f)

MY DUTIES:

-Accountable for HR referentials found on the HR information systems; this means enabling data owners to have visibility and modification rights on said referentials
-Analyse the HR data models and compare them with institutional referentials to make sure they are aligned
-Analyse the data models of the HR systems to ensure consistency
-Propose configuration changes/developments of HR systems to align inconsistent data models
-Actively search for processes when redundant information is recorded multiple times and make suggestions to create interfaces in order to transition heavy processes into integrated solutions between systems
-Identify potential data quality issues and risks, and regularly monitor them; create solutions that are either pro-active or reactive
-Assist the application and project managers on data related questions and system developments/configurations
-Analyse needs for new referential lists and coordinate with the rest of HRIS to implement the needs
-Analyse the reporting needs on an operational and strategic level and advise on how to compromise between simplicity of tools and analytical/statistical requirements

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Profound and in-depth overall professional experience
-Bachelor in Information Systems / HR or equivalent work experience
-Experience with SAP HR / Successfactors (REC, EC), T-SQL
-Computer proficiency
-Project Management certification (Agile or V methodology) is an asset
-Business Analyst certification is a plus
-Fluent in English & French
