HRIS BI Analyst-6months-London
Requirements:
* Strong HRIS/workforce background
* Proven knowledge of Cognos or similar BI tools
* Experience with SAP HR R/3 Modules and Reporting
* Exposure to MS SharePoint
* Proven leadership/Project Management Skills
Role:
* Building SAP HR regional/global reporting with Cognos software - Standard and Ad hoc to meet HR/ Business needs and requirements
* Data integrity and quality of HR in HR dashboard reporting through regular audits
* Proactively review current build/framework of existing reports and develop solutions to improve efficiency of production of reports
