HRIS and Analytics Manager

Within the HRIS and analytics team, the HRIS Analyst is responsible for coordinating and implementing best practice improvements to a range of HRIS software.

This position is responsible delivering an integrated systems management approach, broaching all HR systems, for the provision HR systems and reporting support for the P&C team and users.

In this role you will report to the HRIS and Analytic Manager within the Business Support team that is located in the broader business group, People & Culture (P&C). You will be supporting key HRIS projects and contribute to the quality and integrity of HR systems related information and management practices.

THE ROLE

- Provision of SAP HR Tier 1 support for all HR users and escalation of next level SAP HR issues to ICT business systems.
- System administrator for the Recruitment Management System(RMS),HRIS Workforce Planning and Analytics Reporting Tool and any other HRIS's implemented.
- Delivery of scheduled and adhoc reporting products to the organisaiton.
- Provision of support to end users of the RMS, HRIS Workforce Planning and Analytics Reporting Tool and any other HRIS's.
- Coordination of HR data configuration and alignment activities with ICT business systems and relevant stakeholders.
- Coordination of HRIS Training.
- Support the delivery of key HRIS Projects.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills as it relates to HR systems architecture (at the database, integration and presentation layers), systems operation and user issues
- Advanced knowledge in SAP and HR reporting programs such as Spinnifex, Success Factors and Business Objects
- Experience in establishing client/people relationships management with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Access and Excel proficiency including data join, pivot and macros
- Diploma, Degree qualifications or relevant industry certifications or experience in Information Technology
