HRIS ANALYST needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in New York, NY.

- HRIS Experience
- Knowledge of HR processes
- Experience working with PeopleSoft, PeopleTools, and PeopleCode

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Working with the Benefits Team, ensure a successful benefits open enrollment process through the PeopleSoft system, assist with automation of benefit processes and billing.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, specifically in the areas of performance management, employee compensation and employee benefits
- Working with the Benefits Team, ensure a successful benefits open enrollment process through the PeopleSoft system, assist with automation of benefit processes and billing

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Experience working with HR generalists to align processes with business requirements
- Knowledge of software design
- Experience working in a dynamic global constantly changing environment - supporting
- HRIS covering employees in 26 countries
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail, proactive and results driven
