HRIS Analyst

Job Mission
The primary focus of this position is the support and maintenance of the main HR System in addition to other systems supported by the HRIS team. He/she serves as a technical point-of-contact for IT and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, data flows analysis flows for process improvement. The HRIS Analyst also supports system upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.

Job Description
*System Maintenance: Assist in the review, testing and implementation of main HR system upgrades or patches. Collaborate with functional and technical staff as well as supplier to coordinate application of upgrade or fix. Document process and results.
*Production Support: Provide support for HR system including, but not limited to, researching and resolving problems, unexpected results or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
*Testing activities: Manage the user testing activities and subsequent roll-out for new systems/modules
*New projects/Process Improvement: Recommend process improvements, innovative solutions, system changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Serve as a key liaison with third parties system providers.

Education
Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology or Business Administration

Experience
*At least five years experience in a HRIS environment, preferably in a high tech and international environment.
*Experience in HRIS implementation projects
*Good understanding of HR processes
*Good project management skills
*Experience in creation of functional design documents, coordination/follow-up of execution and implementation of new development via external suppliers and IT.
*Knowledge of SAP HR is required, knowledge of other IT systems supporting HR processes is welcome;

The person ideally comes from a firm where he/she has worked with HRIS implementation. The position is for 12 months, on a flex contract base.
