The purpose of the role is to Administer and maintain the organisation's time and attendance and labour booking system and provide accurate reports in relation to labour costing in the financial systems. This role will see you become a product champion for the organisation's E-tivity system.
REPORTING TO HR BUSINESS PARTNER YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO:
- Daily and weekly administration of the Time & Attendance (T&A) and Labour Booking System (LBS) in e-Tivity
- Monitor and analyse the status of missing T&A and LBS bookings and produce appropriate reports for both employees and managers to proactively manage and action to resolve.
- Point of contact for investigating any suspended transactions, and supporting all users and managers with their enquiries providing a high level of customer service and resolution and liaison with appropriate management when required.
- Provide the Payroll
Previous experience in a similar role, support E-tivity or a similar HRIS system.
Intermediate competence in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
A high level of interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
