Yoh has an opening for an HRDIRECT ASSOCIATE in NEWTOWN SQUARE, PA. This position is a long term, 12+ month contract with SAP AMERICA.

JOB OVERVIEW:

HRdirect Associates are responsible for fielding phone calls, on-line tickets and emails from employees regarding all HR-related questions. HRdirect Associates utilize an on-line knowledge base to provide timely and accurate answers to inquiries. Inquiries that cannot be answered from the knowledge base or other tools available to them (eg Portal, process maps and vendor websites) are escalated to a HRdirect Consultant. HRdirect Associates are responsible for meeting the established service level agreements while focusing on delivering quality customer service to the employee base, responsible for keeping KB up to date, administering process work and project support as assigned.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responds to general employee inquiries related to the various HR functional areas.
- Utilizes SAP's EIC system to document inquiries and escalate those requiring investigation, interpretation or further analysis to HRdirect Consultants.
- Suggests knowledge base and process improvements to HRdirect Consultants in order to enable higher percentage of inquiries to be handled at the Associate level.
- Updates Knowledge Base as instructed.
- Performs administrative and transactional tasks that are associated with HR processes.
- Supports assigned projects.
- Follow guidelines and policies in managing confidential data.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Six (6) plus months of previous customer service/call center experience.
- Previous HR experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to set priorities and multi-task in fast paced environments.
- MS Office experience including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
