Contractor needed for Government client. HRBP - Learning & Development To maintain a supportive environment during a transition period in which all staff can learn and develop so that the client has the capability to undertake its full range of work. To provide learning and development advice and support to individuals, groups and the organisation. To support the L&D team achieve its objectives and work plan and deliver an effective service to the rest of the organisation Project Manage L&D Activities Advice & Consultancy as Business Partner to Individuals, Teams and Groups Staff Management & Development Budget Managing the Business & Systems & Policies Appropriate strategic level qualification in relevant field (eg Diploma or equivalent) (desirable). Significant demonstrable experience working within the learning and development field at a business adviser level (essential). Experience of working in the Civil Service and liaising with Civil Service Learning (desirable).
