HRBP

An HRBP is required for a 12 month contract based in Stevenage
paying £Market Rate/hr Limited Company Rate D.O.E

Our client is a world leader in the design and manufacture of satellite systems. Their activities cover complete civil and military telecommunications and Earth observation systems, science and navigation programmes, together with avionics and a wide range of space equipment and associated ground infrastructure.

Outline Job profile

Identifying and preparing documents and procedures to enable the Transformation and integration of 3S and GC
Involvement in TUPE project including preparation and completion of due diligence, communication and contractual issues

Required experience 

Good/excellent attention to detail 
Previous experience in HR operational matters, change management and TUPE/redundancies. 
Ideally HR qualification, ( CIPD, CPP, Foundation level course) 
Experience of Microsoft office software 
Able to undertake travel to other UK sites
Ability to propose non - conventional efficient solutions which are not already existing

Candidate will have exposure to 
Transformation project
Reorganisation of business units/TUPE
