HR Workstream Integration Lead
Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a HR Workstream Integration Lead.
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
- Experience working with HR Workstream Integration
- Ideally experience working with HRIS
- Manage the day to day activities in the integration work stream
- Identifies and manages the resources within the Integration stream
- Monitors the workstream impact on downstream systems with appropriate system owners
- Ensures development of Integration activities and deliverables aligns with client standards correct artefacts are produced (specifications, development outputs)
- Ensures workstream considers data across functional areas to understand data usage and implications for project Integration.
- Manage the designing, planning and managing the Integration process.
- Work with subject matter experts and project team to identify, define, collate, document and communicate the Integration requirements.
- Prepare integration plans including migration risk, milestones, quality and business sign-off details
- Manage assigned risks and monitor potential impacts as part of the Intregration plan.
