HR Workforceconsultant

Our client is a leading professional services and consultancy practice with over 150,000 employees worldwide. They have a reputation for excellent service and innovation with a focus on having employees that can drive the success of the company forward. At present they are seeking a Hr Services Manager to join their Workforce Analytics and Benchmarking team. This role is paying between £35K-£48K depending on experience.

The role will involve:

* Working on a range of projects and benchmarking activity for clients
* Analytical work and interpretation of workforce and people information to provide solutions for clients.
* Working with clients to provide advice/solutions
* Supporting business development activity
* Creation of client feedback reports and attending feedback sessions.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Strong technical HR skills, or Finance metrics, business analysis
* Strong client-facing skills
* The ability to develop insights through
* Solid academic background
