The role will involve service delivery design and set up, oversee the organisation of Workday training, oversee compliance and audit of Workday and Bex, governance process for new Workday reports (creation of community of reporting analysts), service performance management (Remedy, chat, KM), weekly communications (cell reporting and planning), focus upon creation of Workday reporting.
The right candidate should have experience of Workday systems.
