Talent International are looking for a HR (TUPE) Specialist .

6 Month Contract

Daily Rate - £500 - £600 aday

Work as part of a small and highly specialised team, working closely with bid management, transition management and delivery, legal, commercial and HR specialists, this exciting and varied role is to be the HR lead for bids or contract terminations which involve TUPE, either into or out of the company.

The key responsibilities:
Provide HR and specialised TUPE support, conducting TUPE consultation (with staff & Trades Unions), project/resource planning and covering all aspects of people transfer
Performing due diligence activities in relation to people related costs and risks
Accountable and responsible for the successful transition of in-scope staff into and out of the company
Developing strong relationships with clients and in-scope staff
Aware of HR risks and ensures these are managed and mitigated effectively
Provide support where required on bids and proposals

Person Profile:
The role requires someone with a proven track record in proposal writing and transferring people into and out of Organisations under TUPE. A candidate should have

Essential
Proven track record in TUPE and large people transfer projects in and out of Organisations, including consultation with Trades Unions and non Union representatives
Knowledge of TUPE legislation and employment law,
Project management skills in a transition environment
Proactive, flexible approach with strong communication skills (ability to present convincingly and with empathy)
Proven ability to operate at all levels of an organisation, building strong relationships at the first encounter
Passion for meeting or exceeding client expectations, and be able to demonstrate practical experience in problem resolution
Ability to work independently with clients and colleagues and to manage own workload with minimal need for direction
Great attention to detail with a high level of customer focus, motivation and commitment
Highly flexible in working hours and work location

Desirable
Experience within the Outsourcing and wider IT market
Knowledge of HR policies and reward structures in the IT industry
Experience in sales/sales-support, with Staff, trade unions and works councils
CIPD (or other relevant qualification)
