ROLE: HR TRANSITION & INTEGRATION MANAGER
LOCATION: SPAIN/HUNGARY
DURATION: 3-6 MONTHS+

The HRTIM is responsible for all the local HR aspects of the transaction from the due diligence through to the operations hand-over for the specific country to which the individual is assigned.
The Geo HRTIM reports to the Global HR Project Manager. The Geo HRTIM works in close conjunction with the customer's local HR function, as well as with the Infosys transition team, legal experts, HR Country Managers and the wider Corporate HR Team.
The HRTIM for the project:
- Collects and provides all HR information required for decisions
- Monitors local HR costs
- Confirms post contract handling of terms, conditions and benefits
- Manages the local HR transition
- Works with the Infosys Corporate HR teams to integrate transferring employees smoothly
- Reviews all transition activities with local Client HR Team Lead as required
- Escalates issues to the Global HR Project Manager at the appropriate point
