We are looking for a HR Transformation Support Manager who has demonstrable HR change management experience and who has led major business change projects or programmes

Candidates for the position of HR Transformation Support Manager (Change Mgmt/Business Change Projects) must have a CIPD qualification (ideally MCIPD) and a comprehensive knowledge of the application of UK/EU Employment Legislation and explicit knowledge and experience of TUPE legislation and its application

Strong stakeholder management skills are required and you must have experience within an industrialised operational HR environment and a knowledge of HR policies and procedures, as well as employee terms and conditions

The ability to work with management on complex issues is essential as is practical experience of working alongside Trade Unions in an industrial environment

The HR Transformation Support Manager (Change Mgmt/Business Change Projects) will support a Naval Bases Business Unit in a forward facing, project specific role

Working closely with the Senior HR Manager - Naval Bases and senior management team the role will entail developing, implementing and delivering organisational change to meet business improvement and transformation programme objectives.

Day to day duties will include:

* Analysing and defining issues, assessing implications and recommending a range of specialist and generalist HR solutions.
* Taking the lead in making improvements which will include working operationally as well as strategically.
* Providing technical advice and guidance on a range of organisational change initiatives, including TUPE and transformation projects such as working arrangements and remuneration

The successful candidate for the position of HR Transformation Support Manager (Change Mgmt/Business Change Projects) will need to satisfy Ministry of Defence security requirements and may be required to complete a medical assessment
