Our client a major telecoms organisation in Belgium has a need for an experienced Project Manager for a HR Transformation project. We are searching for a Project Manager who holds relevant project management certifications ie Prince2, PMP, ITIL PMI, etc. and has previous experience in HR Transformation projects looking at the processes such as Recruitment, Talent Management, Core HR etc. and the technology that will be used, based on Workday, Oracle, CRM and SAP. This HR Transformation project will be to migrate across to the best in class leading edge processes in HR (Recruitment, Talent Management, and Core HR); this is technology, people and processes etc.
