HR Transformation Project Manager

HR Transformation Project Manager required for a 6 month contract assignment in Denmark.
The Manager should be skilled in the following areas:
Key Skills:
- Previously managed a project in Scandinavia
- HR Project management experience
- Strong Change Management background
- SAP and/or MS Office suite (bonus)
- Outsourcing experience (bonus)
- English speaking, however Danish language would be a bonus
Functional Skills:
- Personal Administration
- Organisational Management
- Time Management
- Payroll implementation exp (strong bonus)
Soft skills:
- Manage vendors and stakeholders
- Strong change management background
- Drive activities and people
- Play hands on/operational role (eg. look at data migration activities and pick out faults)
The role is to be based in Copenhagen, 5 days a week on site. Some travel will be required within Europe for which expenses would be covered.
