HR Transformation Manager - Human Resources

You will be joining a successful Human Resources operations team working on a compliance and regime certification project to incorporate new FCA regulations being rolled out across the business. Your responsibilities will include a review all current HR practices, procedures and documentation to identify where changes will need to be made in light of the new regulations along with a draft relevant procedures guide and all relating documentation, in relation to the ongoing HR management of the Regimes.

You will also need to gather input from relevant departments, .ie. Background Screening, Compliance etc, to ensure existing practices and procedures are understood and taken into consideration and ensure adequate procedures are in place to assess that individuals continue to be competent and 'Fit & Proper' in relation to the Regime requirements.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

- Experience of implementing HR transformations in a highly regulated environment
- Environmental knowledge preferable of the banking industry
- Understanding of complex Matrix organisations a must.
- Excellent communication, analytical skills.
- Process design & re-engineering expertise are a must. Understanding of regulatory landscapes is desirable.
- The individual must be robust and able to thrive in a pressurised environment where delivery, quality, discipline and timeliness are all very important to the success of this project.
- Ideally an understanding of current FCA regulations, Conduct Risk and the proposed Senior Managers/Certification Regimes.
