POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a HR Technology Analyst who will be responsible for leading the design and functionality for the HR Module of an HR and Payroll System conversion. The HR Technology Analyst will be responsible for designing processes for HR functionality. 

Daily responsibilities will include:

- Assessment, analysis, and recommendation of processes and workflows of a multi-departmental HR Module.
- Provide support and process direction to many already established technologies within the HR department, including web-based employment application, and internal document-bank websites.
- Assist with the implementation of the new HR/Payroll system.
- Providing Training and Support to end users as new processes are implemented.
- Performs problem resolution and provides customer support for all WinOcular System users.
- Develops and supports various web-based applications including departmental web sites on MS Expression and/or Macromedia DreamweaverMX.
- Develops and manages multiple databases on various platforms including Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Access.
- Develops formal project plans and uses appropriate planning methods; prepares detailed project documentation; Leads and participates in systems development and implementation (eg, MUNIS, SubFinder and WinOcular) including the development and testing of plans for project-based activities by acting as a liaison between Human Resources, Technology Services and third-party vendors. Develops, maintains and executes in-house training programs for end-users, internal, and external.
- Provides technical consultation and support to the end-user community in the design and development of specialized Human Resources service requests, queries and data collection of various systems (eg SubFinder and WinOcular); uses existing database, spreadsheet applications and/or other system tools in order to provide data collection for Board of Education, Human Resources, District personnel and Requests via Open Records process.
- Ensures technical safeguards are maintained to provide controlled user access and user data for HR Systems (WinOcular and HRMS).

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- 5+ years of experience with HR processes and systems;
- Experience working with Georgia school districts is preferred.
- Experience with Munis HR and Payroll System is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience with SQL database management, including query building and report development.
- 3+ years of experience with MS Expression and/or Macromedia DreamweaverMX
- 3+ years experience with WinOcular
- 3+ years of experience with SubFinder
- No Relocation is offered for this position, therefore, local candidates are preferred.
