LEAD HR TECHNICAL ARCHITECT

Experienced Business facing consultant required for major ERP transformation project to provide quality assurance of HR Solution and assure timely delivery

ROLE

The ERP HR Technical Lead will be responsible for delivery of an HR solution. You will also become one of the key interfaces across the business building strong working relationships.

In this role you will manage a portfolio of projects and must ensure that the management and support environment for each of these projects is adequate.

You will be responsible for reporting Programme progress, risks, issues, changes, variances and exceptions.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Multiple full project life cycles in implementation of major ERP HR Package SAP, Oracle, etc.

PeopleSoft HR background is desirable though not essential.

Experience delivering key processes such as; data migration, testing, cutover, training and change management

Integration of Payroll, Time and Attendance and Duty Allocation systems
Integration to separate BI platform
Integration PeopleSoft with SAP ERP

Proven experience of:

Definition of architecture for integrating a package implementation with the enterprise's other applications and external supplier applications - over and above just implementing some interfaces to other systems.

Ensuring that a realistic delivery plan is defined to integrate the package implementation with the enterprise's other applications and external supplier applications.

Assuring the delivery and execution of the delivery plan by identifying and managing risks, issues and dependencies in delivery.
