My client, a market leading financial services organisation is looking for 2X HR TAX ANALYSTS (Compensation and benefits).

LOCATION: CANARY WHARF
RATE: £250
DURATION: 3 months ROLLING
START: ASAP

Responsibilities:

* Working with senior HR managers and managers in the business.
* Act as first point of contact with the business on executive compensation and tax matters.
* Executive compensation and reward planning, implementation and planning of new programmes, maintenance of existing programmes
* There is a specific focus on supporting senior executives with compensation and tax assistance, dual contracts, stock plans, deferred compensation through employee benefit trusts and local plans in our regional offices in Europe
* Specific focus on tax planning aspects of compensation plans.
* Internal tax consulting with the business.
* Assisting with the oversight of employer tax compliance (PSA, PAYE Audits, SAO, etc).

Skills:

* Tax background required
* ATT qualified with experience in PAYE/NIC consulting, expatriate taxation and compensation planning
* The ability to explain complex compensation and tax issues to senior individuals in a straightforward manner is key.
* Strong technical background and ability to demonstrate good commerciality
* Ability to use own initiative and judgement
* Excellent interpersonal skills, and an ability to operate at all levels
* Ability to be proactive and work under pressure
* Good IT skills such as excel and word
* Demonstrate good presentation skills
* Ability to work with low levels of supervision on projects
* Enthusiasm to work within a broader Compensation & Benefits team and be flexible enough to work across the team to cover overlap areas
* Experience of managing multiple projects
* Knowledge of developing new processes across HR
* Excellent client relationship skills in order to maintain a close working relationship with executive and line management and key clients within the business
* Be a team player across a number of different teams both within and outside HR
