THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
- Bachelor's Degree with minimum of four (4) years Human Resources experience specifically recruiting, training and development and employee engagement
- Experience as an HR business partner a plus.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Identify the best talent resources to support the North America Vegetable organization, work closely with HR Leads and hiring managers providing guidance on recruiting strategies, industry trends and market data.
- Focus specifically on Salesidentify gaps between learning objectives and learning outcomes to modify programs as needed
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Bachelor's Degree with minimum of four (4) years of Human Resources experience specifically recruiting, training and development and employee engagement
- High integrity, high energy, high collaboration
- Four to six (4 - 6) years of Human Resources Generalist experience with a focus on talent acquisition, training and development, employee engagement. Experience as an HR business partner a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, including reporting, synthesizing data to identify themes and creating solutions to address identified issues.
