Projektbeschreibung
The role will work with both HR business functions and also the group IT function. You will be ab established HR solutions specialist. Although the organisation has not yet decided upon a specific HR solution, they have a roadmap (from an IT perspective), one of the initial parts of the role will be to make sure that this is aligned to the HR business's needs. Thus the individual for this role will have an excellent understanding of HR processes and structures and how these are translated to systems solutions.
You will be an established Project/Programme Manager in the HR systems/Solutions space. You will act as the key liaison between the business and IT. You will be used to managing multi-disciplinary teams and have excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
You must be available to start within one week.
