Projektbeschreibung
Duties will include:
* Manage the activities of and work with the project team to successfully deliver the project
* Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project
* To actively engage with stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project
* Provide project update reports with agreed delivery timescales.
* Ensure project keeps to plan, advising of risks and issues and report any probable cost or timetable deviations immediately.
* In the event of slippage, take action to get the project back on track and propose actions to mitigate these, to ensure delivery of an overall implementation plan.
* Manage project plan activities including preparation of HR data for migration to new system, testing and roll-out;
* Ensure that all processes are mapped and up to date policies, processes and user guides are documented
* Developing appropriate project documentation and providing input into defining the project schedule.
* Work with the corporate training team to define the learning requirements for users and ensure that learning is delivered in sync with any changes
Essential Skills:
* Strong project management experience (supported ideally by a project management qualification such as PRINCE2)
* Will have successfully delivered a high profile corporate project previously.
* Personally credible with strong relationship building and networking skills.
* Self - organised and self-starter.
* Flexible and resilient in work approach.
* Shows initiative to generate solutions to problems.
* You will have knowledge of different approaches to HR service delivery
* Skilled and systematic approach to process improvement.
* You will be skilled in analysis and data manipulation
