HR SYSTEMS PROJECT MANAGER - HR SYSTEMS - SAP - COMPENSATION MANAGEMENT

My client, a leading Oil and Gas, is looking for a HRIS Project Manager for their global performance and pay review system. They will be responsible for working with the Reward Systems team and subject matter experts and other system support teams to deliver the successful initial phases of this project.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensure the project purpose, objectives and full scope are agreed
- Monitor and agree project milestones and deliverables
- Check that the correct project milestones and deliverables are agreed and monitored
- Interface with BP system users, systems development, system support teams and third parties

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

- Proven experience of HRIS Project Management with a Prince2 Practitioner qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience of setting up and managing complex IT systems projects in the HR arena
- Demonstrable ability to co-ordinate and deliver complex projects across various stakeholders
- Experience of interacting with stakeholders at all stages of the life cycle EG/requirements gathering, testing, support
- Knowledge of HR systems within a large, complex, multinational organisation
- Some basic SAP knowledge is desirable
