Are you a HR Systems Manager with proven experience with Northgate system? Have you worked in a Shared Service Centre environment? Do you have strong experience of configuring and implementing HR systems? Would you like the opportunity to join a reputable, leading Accountancy firm? If so then this is the opportunity for you .

My client, a well-known accountancy firm based in Northampton are recruiting a HR Systems Manager to be a core member of a HR systems implementation project team and participate in leading the implementation and configuration of a new HR system. You will work closely with various senior members and other key senior stakeholders to ensure the system roll out meets objectives.

You will need to be a strong communicator with proven experience in a similar role ideally in the Accountancy/Finance industry or similar large scale organisation and also have detailed knowledge and experience of implementing, developing and maintaining a SaaS based HR system (Northgate), covering core HR, payroll, recruitment, training and performance management
