HR Systems & Management Information Analyst (Fixed Term)

The HR Systems & Management Information Analyst will work as part of a Team responsible for the development and maintenance all HR systems, databases, processes and procedures and their integration with other business systems for Jet2.com, Jet2holidays and Dart Group PLC. This is a Fixed Term contract for 12 months.

In this exciting opportunity you will be the Super User for our HR system (Open HR), acting as the main point of contact for queries relating to data, reporting and system usage. Having the ability to lead and maintain the development of the HR System and associated data flow processes for the HR department is essential to this role. You will work closely with our colleagues in recruitment to ensure all new starter data is transferred successfully while liaising with HR, Payroll, IT and our external software supplier championing the continuous improvement of the HR System.

In addition, as Super User you will be the main point of contact for expert systems training and advice for both new and existing users, while maintaining close relationships with stakeholders to develop and deliver a suite of Management Information reports for internal use.

The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre with excellent analytical skills and a proven track record of analysing large and complex data sets. Attention to detail is critical, as are strong verbal and written communication skills. Advanced use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, will be a day to day requirement for this position while an understanding of HR processes and procedures would be advantageous but not essential.
