You will provide functional Oracle systems support to the Human Resource and Payroll Service in the maintenance and adaptation of the Oracle HRMS system configuration ensuring the evolving system meets the needs of the users. This will include supporting the investigation of functional issues, impact analysis and implementation planning for releases, patches and upgrades together with supporting Payroll processes and identifying user requirements.

Professionally qualified in ICT, you will bring a proven track record in providing Oracle HRMS functional support to a Payroll Service and successful delivery of complex projects. You will have a sound knowledge of payroll legislation preferably within the Public Sector and the ability to develop appropriate technical solutions to meet business needs. Your experience will include system configuration, maintenance and adaption of flex field definitions/formats, pick lists and special information types within Oracle. Also, you will have experience in maintenance of Oracle standing files, formulae and tables.

This is a fixed term post for up to 5 months.
