HR Systems Deployment Specialist - HRIS - HR

My client, one of the world's premier integrated oil companies, requires a HR Systems Deployment Specialist to join their team in Feltham on an initial 6 month contract to support the deployment and lead work streams for the content migration plan.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support the deployment of global content sites and support the execution of the deployment strategy for global content, local content and transactions
- Maintain effective relationships with key internal customers and work closely with the Development Manager and Deployment teams
- Planning and participating with the roll out of engagement workshops and meetings across deployment
- Support with the management of vendor contracts and relationships
- Assist with the development of the training materials for the various audiences involved in the content governance and support the coordination of the training roll out

EXPERIENCE:

- Extensive experience working with HR Systems and being accountable for the end to end delivery of its deployment globally
- Experience working with Content Owners, Deployment teams and key stakeholders within HR
- Extensive experience gathering requirements, project planning and rolling out engagement workshops and meetings across deployments
- Experience working with PMO teams ensuring any project management documentation related to content deployment activities is maintained on an on-going basis
