HR Systems and Process Expert

Projektbeschreibung

This position is based in the HR Service Delivery Team and is responsible for supporting the business/HR/Shared Service Centre team with the HR E2E processes. HR systems (Mainly SAP), ability to work consistently with Data demands including project support and acting as the main interface between the business/HR and the Shared Service Centre (SSC) in Stockholm, Sweden.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities:

- In partnership with SSC or local HR, identify and manage process improvement and ensure completion of documentation and communication to relevant parties. Identify opportunities to re-engineer HR processes to reduce cost or increase efficiency for the business, local HR and the SSC including policy review, process maps/documentation, communication or training to HR/the business and updating relevant documentation. Ability to drive and own change within the HR team and Shared Service Centre. Manage process queries/issues throughout the role.
- HR Intranet - responsible for the governance of the HR Intranet. Through the co-ordination of a team of content owners and SSC for updating the pages

Systems & Data:

- Local HRMS tool and process expert continually working with SSC and HR to identify local improvements and efficiency through enhanced use of the functionality, working with global to guide the future development of the system to achieve operational excellence. Working to HRMS Corporate Directives for HRMS data quality and infotypes, ensuring compulsory and consistent data is obtained and uploaded in the system.
- Working with SSC, responsible for data quality review, testing and implementation of HRMS upgrades or global/regional initiatives, including policy review, documentation, communication or training to HR/the business and updating relevant documentation.
- Ericol/Eridoc - responsible for the governance of Ericol/Eridoc (sharepoint). Through the co-ordination of a team of content owners

Experience & Competence:

- Experience in one or more of the following areas: HR Operations, Transformation Programmes, Shared Services, HR Business Process re-engineering.
- HR SAP systems background, with the ability to understand data required in systems, ability to run reports and analyse data
- Strong process re-engineering/mapping skills and change driver/owner
- High regard for Data Privacy and ISO Controls such as SOX
- Awareness of mass such as TUPE and business implications

Technical:

- SAP (HRMS), Excel Advanced, TUPE

*Please note: TRAVEL: This position may require occasional travel - usually to Sweden (once or twice a year) or Reading (one or twice a month)
