HR Systems and Process Expert

Our client, a major UK Mobile Telecoms Service Organisation, has a new opening for an HR Systems and Process Expert, based in the HR Service Delivery Team and responsible for supporting the business/HR/Shared Service Centre team with the HR System (SAP HRMS), HR processes (local,) and acting as the main interface between the business/HR and the Shared Service Centre (SSC) in the parent company Head Office. The HR Systems and Process Expert will also identify opportunities to re-engineer HR processes to reduce cost or increase efficiency for the business, including policy review, process documentation, communication or training.

Experience:
HR System and Process Expert required experience:
* Experience in one or more of the following areas: HR Operations, Transformation Programmes, Shared Services, HR Business Process re-engineering
* HR SAP systems background essential, with the ability to understand data required in systems, ability to run reports and look at improving functionality within global parameters
* Strong analytical and process re-engineering/mapping skills
* Preparation of process documentation and project plans
* High regard for Data Privacy and ISO Controls such as SOX
* Awareness of mass such as TUPE and business implications
* Quality and detail focused
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Excellent organisational and project management skills

HR System and Process Expert required technical skills:
* SAP (HRMS), Excel, Word to a high standard

The role will entail occasional travel overseas.
