HR SYSTEM PROJECT LEAD/PHARMA
On behalf of our client, an international company specialized in medical devices based in Bern area, we are looking for a PROJECT LEADER with proven track managing HR system migration projects and with fluent German skills.
It is a contracting position starting ASAP until end of year with option to extend.
In this position the PROJECT LEAD will be involved in the MIGRATION OF AN INTERNAL HR SYSTEM. You will therefore be acting as an interface between several stakeholders involved in the project (such as IT and HR) while coordinating overall project needs with the core technical team.
You bring to this role:
- Experience in a similar position within a medical devices/pharmaceutical environment
- Very good project management capabilities
- Excellent know-how of SAP HR and Payroll tools
- Good understanding of Swiss legislation
- Experience in system testing
- English and German both fluent
