HR SYSTEM ANALYST, LONDON, £50,000-55,000

My global client are currently recruiting for an HR System Analyst to join their HR team in a dual role looking after both the HR systems and helping deliver HR analytics. The successful HR System Analyst will be responsible for managing the day to day maintenance and development of the system, as well as working on system related projects and delivering key ad-hoc and regular HR reports.

The best suited HR System Analyst for the role will have:

- Strong background supporting HR systems and acting as an HRIS Super User.
- Experience working with Workday or another cloud based HRIS would be highly desirable, although other strong HR system backgrounds will also be considered.
- Highly analytical mind and be an Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Exposure to working on any reward reporting would also be highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and be comfortable presenting to stakeholders and dealing with vendors.
