The duties include providing administrative support to training programs, liaising with external consultants and training providers, assisting with the logistics of course delivery, undertaking HR transactions and processing (including data entry) and providing advice and client support.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
- VERY GOOD PC SKILLS WITH EXCEL (INTERMEDIATE LEVEL)
- ABILITY TO PRIORITISE TASKS AND MEET DEADLINES AND HIGH LEVEL COMMUNICATION AND CLIENT SKILLS
- EXPERIENCE IN OVERALL OFFICE ADMINISTRATION (MINUTE TAKING, ORGANISING TRAINING COURSES)
- STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS (WRITTEN AND VERBAL)
