HR Support wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Educational background in the field of HR
- Minimum 5 years' work experience in a comparable position (HR Support, HR Administration)
- Expertise in process improvements as well as development and maintenance of content
- Profound supervision skills along with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Supervising a team of about 11 people in the day-to-day business and acting as their first contact for questions and queries
- Planning the team workforce through setting priorities, allocating resources and ensuring necessary knowledge
- Providing permanent staffing and availability of the team during business hours
- Ensuring that each team member adheres to all relevant internal processes, procedures and policies
- Conducting 4-eyes checks of payroll-relevant data entries in the HR system
