A leading global banking group and undertaking number of significant group level change initiatives and have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Programme Manager to define and execute on a HR change strategy as well as embed change across the group.
As a Programme Manager you will undertake a mixture of establishing and managing the overall five year strategy, executing on this strategy utilising core programme management skills, as well as utilising your change management skills to design, educate and embed change across the group HR function. This is a unique opportunity to design and implement a large scale HR change programme in a highly complex global organisation.
You should apply for this role if you are/have:
- 5+ years programme management/change management experience in global organisations
- Management consulting experience in people change practices is highly desirable for this role
- Proven experience designing, planning and executing on HR people strategy programmes
- Track record managing single/multiple HR related programmes in complex organisations
- Structured programme management experience ideally Prince 2,/PMP/PMI
- Robust change management experience including embedding change and benefits realisation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Degree educated or higher from a leading academic institution
This is a £600-£650/day contract role based London initially for six months.
