HR Strategy Lead - Edinburgh - 6 Months

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR STRATEGY LEAD for a 6 MONTHS contract in EDINBURGH.

This post requires someone with a strong focus on strategy for the organisations.

- You will be required to support the HR Director and provide insight and professional knowledge to support the on-going development of the People Strategy and supporting HR strategies, in support of the current transformation of the service and prison reform.
- Lead on the strategy deployment, accountable for undertaking an impact assessment of the new strategies; engaging with HR Executive leadership team and senior business leaders, regarding the transformation to ensure buy-in and commitment
- Develop and manage strategic relationships
- Maintain relationships with professional bodies (including CIPD and Strathclyde Graduate Business School) to deliver a fit for purpose capability framework for HR
- Accountable for the on-going development and implementation of Strategies and HR strategy to support the business strategy
- Hold a valid Basic Disclosure Scotland
- Degree in HR or related discipline, FCIPD (desirable); appropriate HR skills, strategic and operational experience.
