I am looking to hire a HR STRATEGIC CHANGE ADVISOR for one of my public sector client. Please see the below job specification

KEY TASKS & DELIVERABLE:

1.Engage with a cross section of staff via interviews, questionnaire and workshops

2.Report on current culture

3.make recommendations for improvements

4.defining an Employee Value Proposition

5.facilitate skills transfer where appropriate

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

1.Prior proven experience of carrying out cultural assessments

2.Practical experience and learning from successful culture change in organizations

3.Targeted/timely concentrated resource (focussing only on a cultural assessment.

4.Specialists in organizational development support.

5.Excellent communication skills - ability to communicate and hold workshops with staff at all levels.

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:

A background in police/law enforcement would be desirable however not essential
