HR Staffing Consultant

This position will assist with staffing various levels of positions, to include full life cycle recruitment. This position will also provide support related to the staffing process.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Applicant sourcing to help find, attract, and screen diverse, high performance talent
- Applicant pre-screening
- Partner with hiring authorities to initiate appropriate recruiting strategies to fill vacant positions
- Coordinate the recruitment process and assist with the announcement of positions, conduct evaluations of job candidates, analyze and document the results of these evaluations, provide recommendations for selection decisions
- Support duties related to the staffing process
- Project management. Will be the primary contact for a large project related to conducting background checks

SKILLS:

REQUIREMENTS:

- A Bachelor's Degree is REQUIRED, preferably in Human Resources or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years recruitment experience is required.
- Kenexa Brassring (2xB) experience and DDI Targeted Selection knowledge is preferred.
