HR SPECIALIST - COMMUNICATOR, SUPPORTER, DATABASE, TICKETING- Main Tasks:
The HR Service Desk provides services for employees, line managers and HR departments at Basel site and serviced affiliates all over Switzerland.
The HR Specialist acts as a single point of contact for all HR related issues and for all end-users.
This includes:
- Single point of contact for all kind of user issues related to HR and responsibility to deliver processes to agreed service levels: eg receiving incoming incidents, recording call tickets and handling and tracking the resolution of these issues associated with the incidents
- Taking care of the Knowledge Database within the Ticket System
- Customer focused 1st level support for all services and requests and customer focused 2nd level support for defined processes
Qualification:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally experience in first level support
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- Strong communication and telephone skills and a significant customer focused orientation
- Demonstrated strong abilities to work under pressure and to handle difficult conflict situations
- High level of flexibility
- Fluent in German and English is a must.
